In this year the came the first new unit of Graal in the city of São Paulo, at Avenida dos Bandeirantes - Graal Congonhas. The bakery previously known as Rainha [Queen] took on the layout and quality standard of Graal under the care of Francisco, who has been in the chain for 33 years.
Just like many collaborators, Francisco started as waiter and became the manager of the establishment supervising 60 employees. He tells s that all he learned in the segment he owes to the partners. “The partners are in the style of hands on experience. You cannot be still if you are near them.” For Francisco, Graal has the great advantage of helping the employee grow as a human being. And, therefore, from the start he assumed the company’s style so as to collaborate. “The chain’s growth means prosperity for all of us”, he says.
Always attentive to the needs of consumers, the Graal Chain innovated and, in the same year of 2000, created sub-brands, such as Route Café cafeteria, Bella Farinha bakery, Graato snack-bar, Piú Pizza pizzeria, NYC fast good and the shoes and accessories store Caminho da Moda [Fashion Way].
In an increasingly pleasant environment, the Chain specialized in attending customers with food, provision of services and entertainment. The sub-brands helped diversify the supply and Graal became the ideal location for those who are on the road and want to drink coffee, relax, go shopping or simply take a stroll.
Today, with own brands, but under the umbrella of the Graal Chain, products already known by the consumer such as sandwiches with grilled meats with the North American taste of NYC shine, the semolina bread of Bella Farinha and the delicious coffee of Route Café, elected the best gourmet coffee in grains of Brazil.
